When was your high blood pressure first diagnosed and what was your blood pressure reading? Diagnosed in 2018 during a routine checkup. Blood pressure was 150/95.
What medication have you taken for blood pressure, including type, dosage and if it's ever changed? Taking Lisinopril 10mg daily. Blood pressure now controlled at 125/80.
How often do you test for blood pressure, when was the last time and what was the result? Regular BP monitoring every 3 months. Last checkup was October 2024.
